Challenge Rules & Programme Terms

The Challenge is an educational and evaluative programme. It does not constitute an investment service, a financial instrument or a funding arrangement of any nature. Participation does not create any financial obligation on the part of ALTIVOR INSTITUTE beyond the scope expressly set out in this document.

This document sets out the rules and terms governing participation in training and evaluation programmes (the "Challenge") offered through the platform operated by ALTIVOR INSTITUTE at altivor.institute (the "Platform").

By enrolling in any Challenge, participants confirm that they have read, understood and accepted these rules in their entirety, together with the Terms & Conditions and all applicable Platform policies.

Section 01
Programme Objectives

The Challenge is designed to support participants in developing structured, process-driven trading competencies. Specific objectives include:

  • cultivating trading discipline and operational consistency
  • developing and refining risk management practices
  • evaluating the quality of the participant's decision-making process
  • building structured operational habits within a defined framework
  • analysing performance in a structured, controlled environment

The Challenge is not designed to generate, and makes no representation regarding, the generation of real financial returns for any participant.

Section 02
Educational Character of the Programme

The Challenge is an educational programme. Specifically:

  • it constitutes a structured training and evaluation programme
  • it may operate using simulated data, demo environments or participant-submitted records
  • it does not constitute real or live investment activity
  • it does not involve the management of any participant's capital by ALTIVOR INSTITUTE
  • it does not constitute a regulated financial service or product
Section 03
Eligibility & Enrolment

To participate in any Challenge, a user must:

  • hold an active, verified account in good standing on the Platform
  • have paid any applicable programme fee in full prior to commencement
  • have accepted the Terms & Conditions and all applicable legal documentation
  • meet any applicable technical or eligibility requirements specified for the relevant programme

ALTIVOR INSTITUTE reserves the right to decline enrolment at its discretion without being required to provide reasons.

Section 04
Programme Structure

A Challenge may include any combination of the following structural elements, as specified in the relevant programme description:

  • defined operational objectives and performance targets
  • maximum drawdown limit of 10% of account equity exceeding this threshold results in immediate disqualification
  • minimum process and consistency requirements
  • time limits applicable to specific stages or cycles
  • multi-stage or levelled progression structures
  • mandatory minimum or maximum trade activity requirements

The specific parameters applicable to each programme are set out in the relevant programme description published on the Platform.

Section 05
Evaluation Criteria

Participant evaluation is based on objectively defined criteria, which may include:

  • adherence to specified risk management rules
  • consistency and stability of recorded results
  • quality and coherence of the decision-making process
  • operational conduct and discipline
  • compliance with programme rules throughout the evaluation period

ALTIVOR INSTITUTE reserves the right to interpret results and conduct in accordance with the published programme methodology. In the event of ambiguity, the determination of ALTIVOR INSTITUTE shall be final.

Section 06
Data & Results

All results, statistics and performance data recorded within the Challenge:

  • are informational and educational in nature
  • do not constitute real investment results or performance records
  • may be derived from simulated, demo or user-submitted data environments
  • are not indicative of future trading performance in any live environment
  • may not reflect real market conditions, transaction costs or execution quality
Section 07
Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited within any Challenge programme:

  • manipulating, falsifying or misrepresenting trade data or performance records
  • exploiting system errors, bugs or technical vulnerabilities for competitive advantage
  • circumventing or subverting programme rules through any means
  • using automated trading systems, bots or scripts where not expressly permitted
  • sharing account access with any third party during an active programme
  • coordinating with other participants to artificially influence results
  • engaging in any fraudulent, deceptive or dishonest conduct
Section 08
Rule Violations & Disqualification

In the event of a rule violation, ALTIVOR INSTITUTE may, at its sole discretion, take any of the following actions:

  • void or annul all or part of the participant's recorded results
  • disqualify the participant from the current programme cycle
  • suspend or permanently close the participant's account
  • refuse participation in any future programme

Disqualification does not entitle the participant to a refund of any programme fee. Decisions regarding violations are final and binding.

Section 09
No Guarantee of Programme Completion

ALTIVOR INSTITUTE makes no guarantee or representation that any participant will:

  • complete or pass any stage of the programme
  • achieve any specific performance metric or target
  • satisfy the evaluation criteria within any given time period
  • progress to subsequent stages or cycles

Completion is contingent solely on the participant's own performance against the published criteria.

Section 10
No Financial Obligations of ALTIVOR INSTITUTE

Participation in the Challenge does not create any obligation on the part of ALTIVOR INSTITUTE to:

  • provide capital funding or allocate funds to any participant
  • pay remuneration, compensation or profit-share of any nature
  • enter into any investment management or collaboration agreement
  • provide any financial service or product as a consequence of programme performance

Any arrangements relating to capital allocation or funding, if applicable to a specific programme, will be set out in separate documentation distinct from these rules.

Section 11
Platform Access & Availability

ALTIVOR INSTITUTE endeavours to maintain consistent platform availability during active programme periods. However:

  • uninterrupted access is not guaranteed
  • ALTIVOR INSTITUTE is not liable for service interruptions caused by scheduled or unscheduled maintenance
  • ALTIVOR INSTITUTE is not liable for connectivity, hardware or infrastructure issues on the participant's side
  • in the event of material platform downtime affecting an active programme, ALTIVOR INSTITUTE may, at its discretion, extend the programme duration
Section 12
Programme Parameter Changes

ALTIVOR INSTITUTE reserves the right to amend the following at any time:

  • the rules and structure of any programme
  • performance targets, drawdown limits and other operational parameters
  • stage structure and progression requirements
  • available tools and platform functionality

Amendments will not apply retroactively to active programme cycles unless required by technical or legal necessity. Participants in active cycles will be notified of material changes where reasonably practicable.

Section 13
Termination of Participation

Participation in a Challenge may be terminated in any of the following circumstances:

  • successful completion of all programme stages
  • voluntary withdrawal by the participant at any time
  • disqualification resulting from a rule violation
  • account suspension or termination by ALTIVOR INSTITUTE
  • technical or organisational circumstances preventing programme continuation
  • expiry of a programme time limit without completion

Voluntary withdrawal does not entitle the participant to a refund except where expressly provided under the Refund Policy.

Section 14
Certification & Recognition

Where a programme provides for a certificate, badge or other form of completion recognition:

  • such recognition is educational in nature and confirms programme completion only
  • it does not constitute a professional licence, qualification or regulatory authorisation
  • it does not imply or guarantee access to investment capital or funding arrangements
  • it does not create any contractual relationship beyond the scope of these rules
Section 15
Participant Responsibility

Each participant is solely responsible for:

  • the accuracy and integrity of all data submitted within the programme
  • maintaining full compliance with these rules throughout the programme duration
  • any trading or investment activity undertaken outside the Platform
  • ensuring their participation complies with all applicable laws in their jurisdiction
Section 16
Policy Amendments

ALTIVOR INSTITUTE may update these rules at any time to reflect organisational, technological or legal developments. Updated rules will be published on the Platform and will take effect upon publication. Continued participation in any programme following an amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised rules.

Governing Statement

These rules are issued by ALTIVOR INSTITUTE and govern all Challenge programmes offered through the Platform. They are to be read in conjunction with the Terms & Conditions, Risk Disclosure, Investment & Educational Disclaimer and Earnings & Performance Disclaimer.
