Document Type Platform Integrity Framework
Operating Standard

ALTIVOR INSTITUTE maintains a controlled, rule-based environment for structured evaluation, data integrity, and non-misleading Platform use. This document defines the standards and enforcement principles applied to preserve that environment.

The Trust & Safety framework of ALTIVOR INSTITUTE, accessible at altivor.institute (the "Platform"), governs a controlled analytical environment designed to support disciplined trading behaviour, process-based decision-making, and the integrity of Platform activity.

This framework explains how ALTIVOR INSTITUTE protects user data, enforces operational rules, and responds to misleading, manipulative, or non-compliant conduct in order to preserve a reliable environment for structured evaluation and educational use.

Section 01
Controlled Analytical Environment

ALTIVOR INSTITUTE operates a controlled analytical environment designed to support disciplined trading behaviour and process-based decision-making.

The integrity of this environment is maintained through strict enforcement of rules, protection of user data, and the elimination of misleading, manipulative, or non-compliant activity.

The Platform prioritises process adherence, execution discipline, and decision-making consistency over short-term financial outcomes.

Performance results are not treated as indicators of skill in isolation and are not used as a basis for status, ranking, or preferential treatment within the Platform.

Section 02
User Protection

ALTIVOR INSTITUTE implements measures designed to protect users from conduct and circumstances that could cause harm. These include protections against:

  • abusive conduct by other users or third parties
  • manipulation of Platform systems or evaluation processes
  • unauthorised access to user accounts or personal data
  • fraudulent or deceptive practices
  • misleading content or misrepresentation of the Platform's services

User protection measures are implemented in conjunction with the Anti-Fraud Policy, Acceptable Use Policy and Security Policy.

Section 03
Data Security

User data is processed in accordance with applicable data protection legislation and the Privacy Policy. ALTIVOR INSTITUTE applies proportionate technical and organisational measures designed to protect the confidentiality, integrity and availability of user data.

A detailed description of the technical and organisational security measures applied to Platform infrastructure is set out in the Security Policy.

Section 04
Informational Integrity

ALTIVOR INSTITUTE is committed to accurate, controlled, and non-misleading communication with users. In particular:

  • the Platform does not promise, imply or suggest guaranteed returns, profits or financial success of any kind
  • all content published on the Platform is educational and informational in nature and does not constitute investment advice
  • no content is designed to induce trading activity or create expectations of financial gain
  • users make all decisions independently and bear sole responsibility for the outcomes of their choices
  • performance data and illustrative materials are presented accurately and in context, without selective or misleading framing
  • users are strictly prohibited from presenting, sharing, or implying misleading performance results, including selectively reported data, manipulated outcomes, or unverified claims of profitability

Further disclaimers are set out in the Investment & Educational Disclaimer and Earnings & Performance Disclaimer.

Section 05
Transparency of Operations

ALTIVOR INSTITUTE operates exclusively as an educational and evaluative platform. For the avoidance of doubt, the Platform:

  • is not a broker and does not execute trades in live financial markets on behalf of users
  • does not manage, hold or invest user funds
  • does not provide regulated investment, financial advisory or portfolio management services
  • does not maintain live trading accounts for users

All programmes offered through the Platform are educational and evaluative in nature. The Legal Notice & Imprint sets out the regulatory status and operator identification of the Platform.

The Platform does not provide any inherent trading advantage, market edge, or guaranteed framework for profitability. All outcomes depend entirely on user behaviour and execution.

Section 06
Abuse Prevention

To preserve the controlled operating environment, ALTIVOR INSTITUTE operates procedures designed to identify, investigate, and address abuse of the Platform. These procedures include:

  • monitoring of system activity for anomalous or prohibited behaviour
  • automated and manual detection of patterns inconsistent with legitimate use or declared Platform rules
  • investigation and verification of suspected abusive conduct
  • enforcement of the Acceptable Use Policy and Anti-Fraud Policy

Violations may result in immediate restriction of access, suspension, or permanent termination of the user account.

Section 07
Platform Integrity Rules

The reliability of the Platform depends on the accuracy of submitted data, the integrity of user conduct, and the honest representation of outcomes. The following actions are considered violations of Platform integrity:

  • falsification or manipulation of trading data
  • attempts to bypass evaluation mechanisms
  • use of automated or artificial methods to generate performance records
  • misrepresentation of Platform outcomes or services

Such actions are subject to enforcement measures and may lead to investigative review, restriction of access, suspension, or termination in accordance with the applicable Platform policies and law.

Section 08
Transaction Security

All payment transactions conducted through the Platform are processed by external, third-party payment operators who maintain security standards appropriate to the processing of financial transactions, including compliance with applicable payment industry standards.

ALTIVOR INSTITUTE does not store, process or have access to users' full payment card details. Payment data is handled exclusively by the relevant payment service provider. Applicable terms regarding payments and refunds are set out in the Refund Policy.
